We’re thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of the Arroyo Terrace Apartments, an affordable housing project in Arroyo Grande consisting of (3) three-story buildings and 63 total residential units. Arroyo Terrace will also include over 1,000 SF of commercial space and 1,350 SF of shared common amenity areas on the site.
