The final stretch is underway at The Lofts, with completion slated for early summer 2025. Exterior finishes are nearly done, while interior cabinets, appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures are being installed. We’re thrilled to have teamed up with Capstone Commercial Properties, Inc. on this exciting venture to bring 36 much needed downtown apartments—featuring spacious layouts and modern finishes—to the San Luis Obispo community.
