Considerable progress has been made on the Oak Terrace project, which features the construction of six charming, uniquely crafted homes in Santa Barbara. On-site utilities and structural rebar are going in for lots 4, 5, and 6, while framing and sheathing on lots 2 and 3 are beginning to give the homes their shape.
