Progress continues at Oak Terrace as we bring this thoughtfully designed six-home community to life in Santa Barbara.
The foundation for lot 1 is taking shape, setting the stage for another stunning home. On lots 2 and 3, rough-in work is moving forward, and entry site walls will begin soon. Framing on lots 4, 5, and 6 is well underway, offering a glimpse of each home’s unique form.
