Pacific Courtyards consists of nine 2-story multi-family units, six of which stack over a podium garage. The project includes 10,500 square feet of commercial office space. The site amenities include a fully finished patio area over the podium garage with fire pits, planters and lounge seating. The team built this mixed-use infill project in 20 months.
