A five-story, 34,000-plus-square-foot facility, Artisan Apartments features 36 apartments, including loft-style units on the fourth floor and a first-floor concrete podium garage. The project is in the heart of downtown SLO, neighboring The Creamery Marketplace, an open-air public market that includes eateries and artisan shops.
