10,500 SF | 15 Affordable Housing Units | 2024

The Cypress and 7th Apartments provide 15 affordable housing units for qualified special needs/unhoused individuals. Amenities include a community center, laundry center, covered patio and BBQ area.

We are grateful to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara for choosing us as their general contractor on a project that provides needed affordable housing for the community.
