10,500 SF | 15 Affordable Housing Units

The Cypress and 7th Apartments will provide 15 affordable housing units for qualified special needs/unhoused individuals. Amenities will include a community center, laundry center, covered patio and BBQ area.

We are excited to work with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara to provide much needed affordable housing for the community.

Groundbreaking occurred in April 2023 with completion planned for June 2024.
