39 Affordable Housing Units | Summer 2025

We are excited to partner with the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) as their General Contractor on the Maxine Lewis Apartment project located in the heart of San Luis Obispo. The mixed-use, affordable housing project includes 39 residential units, a community space and 850 SF of existing commercial space that will provide much needed permanent supportive housing to those in need.

The project demolition began in January 2024 and the expected completion date is mid-to-late Summer of 2025.
