6 Luxury Homes | Completion in 2026

We are pleased to announce Oak Terrace, a residential in-fill project in Santa Barbara that will include six contemporary homes. With each uniquely designed home ranging in size from 2,574 SF to 3,986 SF, the project focuses on optimizing usage of the land and livability of the neighborhood.

Oak Terrace broke ground in August 2023. Home construction began in 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
