6 Luxury Homes | Completion in 2025

We are pleased to announce Oak Terrace, a residential in-fill project in Santa Barbara that will include six contemporary homes. With each uniquely designed home ranging in size from 2,574 SF to 3,986 SF, the project focuses on optimizing usage of the land and livability of the neighborhood.

Oak Terrace broke ground in August 2023. Completion of grading and site development is scheduled for early 2024. Home construction is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2024 and finish in 2025.
