Exciting progress from the Maxine Lewis Apartments project!
Exterior finishes are now complete—including lap siding, metal siding, and stucco. Interior walls are being painted and flooring is going in.
The historic house is being revitalized with fresh paint, new doors and hardware, and updated MEP finishes.
We’re grateful to the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo for bringing 39 much-needed units of permanent supportive housing to the community.
