Arroyo Terrace is nearing completion as the team works toward an October finish.
At Building 1, final inspections, stair tread installation, and exterior repainting and touch-ups continue. At Building 2, appliances and stair treads are being installed, while HVAC start-ups are in progress. Window coverings and mirrors are up next. At Building 3, HVAC installation, baseboards, door hardware, and window coverings are ongoing, with mirror installation scheduled for next week.
Site-wide pavement is complete, while landscaping, light posts, and playground turf are in progress. Site furnishings are scheduled for next week.
As Arroyo Terrace moves closer to completion, we’re grateful to the Abbott | Reed team and our trade partners for their hard work and dedication. Developed by the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo and designed by Buehler, Metrics MEP, RRM Design Group, RICK, and Thoma Electric, Inc, Arroyo Terrace Apartments will provide much-needed affordable housing for the Central Coast community.
