Lots 8 and 9 are approaching the finish line, with final clean, punch list work, and landscaping underway. On Lot 7, electrical and mechanical rough-ins are in progress, with insulation and drywall up next. Meanwhile, backfilling and grading continue on the hillside above Lots 7, 8, and 9.
