Steady progress continues at Oak Terrace as our team brings this six-home community to life in Santa Barbara.
Framing is now complete across all six lots. Lots 2 and 3 are moving into the next phase with stucco coats underway this week and drywall installation scheduled next week. Meanwhile, work continues to fully dry-in Lots 4, 5, and 6.
We’re grateful for the continued collaboration between our trade partners and the Abbott | Reed team as we move closer to completing Oak Terrace in early 2026.
