Steady progress continues at Arroyo Terrace as all three buildings take shape.
At Building 1, stucco is underway and drywall is nearing completion. At Building 2, windows are being installed and the building envelope is being prepared. Framing at Building 3 is nearing completion, with MEP rough-in underway.
