Solid progress continues across all three buildings.
At Building 1, flooring, cabinets, and countertops are complete, with sidewalks expected to wrap up soon. Landscaping is up next. At Building 2, flooring is complete, and cabinets and countertops are in progress. Solar panel installation will begin soon. At Building 3, exterior paint and stucco are complete, and drywall installation is finished. Roofing nears completion, with interior paint and flooring up next. Site-wide, curb and sidewalk installation continues throughout the community.

Developed by the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo and designed by Buehler, Metrics Mechanical Engineering, RRM Design Group, Rick Engineering, and Thoma Electric, Arroyo Terrace Apartments will provide much-needed affordable housing for the Central Coast community.
