Homeowners are moving in, and the final stretch of work on the six-home neighborhood is underway.
Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 are now occupied! At Lot 1, landscaping is in progress, and the swimming pool is scheduled to be filled later this week. Cabinet delivery and installation are next on the schedule. At Lot 6, the punch list is being worked through as the home prepares for move-in.
Site-wide, work to complete the remaining sections of curb, sidewalk, and gutter, followed by a final slurry application, will prepare the street for its final delivery.
