Progress continues across the Oak Terrace neighborhood in Santa Barbara.
At Lot 1, flooring and baseboard installation are in progress. Lot 3 has achieved Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), while Lot 2 is currently in the process of obtaining TCO as final details are completed.
Cabinet installation for Lots 4 and 5 is scheduled to begin this week, while Lot 5 has completed all hardscape installation and is now progressing through landscape installation. At Lot 6, work continues on the exterior flatwork, with plumbing and electrical finish work underway inside the home.
Site-wide fine grading and landscaping continue as the neighborhood draws closer to its final form.
