The State Street Medical Offices consist of six suites converted from an old bank building in downtown Santa Barbara, CA. The building features two full service surgical rooms and recovery area. The project is MediCal Certified.

Abbott | Reed was responsible for renovating the existing structure, including removal of brick to install steel framing for a second floor. The building required special construction to handle the harsh effects of liquid nitrogen along with a certified clean air system. The team exercised imagination in converting a concrete bank vault into usable storage space and did not allow limited access to the site delay the timeline.
