We’re making significant progress on the Maxine Lewis Apartments. Framing is complete and exterior sheathing is being installed. Roofing is underway, and first-floor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are nearly finished.
Scheduled for completion in fall 2025, Maxine Lewis Apartments is a mixed-use, affordable housing project that will bring 39 much-needed residential units to the San Luis Obispo community. A big thank you to our trade partners and the Abbott | Reed team for your dedication and hard work!
