Ryan Adams | Senior Project Manager

Ryan is our industrious boy scout. It’s a stretch to come up with anything cynical about this guy. A NAUI master diver, he served as a Captain in the Army Corps of Engineers after studying Construction Management at Cal Poly and earning his Class B General Contractor’s License. Today Ryan builds our custom homes and heads up our commercial building projects. His approachable personality and ambition to succeed keep our clients happy. Ryan connects with our community as an active member of the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce and serves on the council of North County Young Professionals. A true trailblazer, he’s the guide you want.

Scott Merson | Project Manager

Scott is a natural problem solver. He is quick to provide answers and happy to interact with clients and subcontractors alike. After graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in Construction Management, he quickly made his mark as a successful project manager. Today, Scott is the go-to guy for creative solutions. Abbott | Reed relies on his positive energy and dependability.

Steve is determined and thrives when faced with a challenge. Seventeen years in the construction industry and six years with Abbott | Reed add up to valuable leadership experience. He appreciates that everyday in the field is different. Colleagues and friends alike admire his passion for building. Steve’s optimistic attitude serves him well whether he is diving into a new project or traversing the globe.

Bryan Eisemann | Project Manager

Bryan was born with building in his blood. A central coast local and third generation builder, Bryan grew up in the construction field, and brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to all of his projects. He is passionate about creating innovative strategies, and ensuring the best possible end product for all of his clients. When he isn’t on the job site, you can catch him at the local surf breaks or at home, working on his own improvement projects.
