ICON Gardens @UCSB is a four-story mixed-use student housing project complete with retail space and full rooftop deck. The building includes a gymnasium and laundry facilities along with a thirty-four-car garage.

Abbott | Reed completed the project under strict logistical constraints. Construction began with incomplete permitting and limited access to the street. Despite these challenges, the team constructed the ICON Gardens in only thirteen months and within budget.
