Roundhouse Place is home to three buildings of thirteen apartments each. The project provided the first rental units in San Luis Obispo, CA to come standard with fiber optics service to each unit.

Abbott | Reed navigated demanding budget constraints and poor soil conditions to complete the project on time. The team utilized their creative strengths to develop solutions to contracting supply materials directly, and thought ahead to bring in subcontractors from outside the area. Abbott | Reed was also instrumental in collaborating with engineers to develop an innovative way to heat units without utilizing natural gas.
