We’re thrilled to share continued strong progress at Gran Cielo, with multiple homes advancing and another one officially underway.
Lot 1 (Modern Farmhouse): Framing is complete, and we’re now in full swing with roofing, exterior finishes, and interior insulation. This home is really starting to take shape!
Lot 23: Framing is nearly finished, setting the stage for rough-in trades to begin shortly.
Lot 17: We’ve broken ground on this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,175 SF residence. Grading is progressing well and laying the foundation for another thoughtfully designed home in the community.
