Progress continues as we move toward the final stretch at Arroyo Terrace.
At Building 1, interior paint is complete and heat pump installation is underway, while exterior paint is in progress. At Building 2, exterior concrete work is moving forward. At Building 3, flooring is being installed as interior finishes take shape. Cabinets have been installed in all three buildings. Concrete work continues site-wide, and the playground is also coming together, with the foundation and play equipment now being installed.

Developed by the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo and designed by Buehler, Metrics MEP, RRM Design Group, RICK, and Thoma Electric, Inc, Arroyo Terrace Apartments will deliver 63 affordable apartments to the Central Coast community.
