We’re thrilled to announce that construction on the Spring Street Mixed-Use project in downtown Paso Robles is officially underway.
The three-story development will include commercial lease space featuring a wine tasting room, a 16-room boutique hotel, and eight one-bedroom residential units with a mix of market-rate and affordable housing.
