Introducing the Barcelona Homes project in Pismo Beach, CA.
Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Barcelona Homes project includes construction of five custom homes. Each unique floor plan ranges in size from 1,705 SF to 2,822 SF and provides convenient access to the beach and San Luis Obispo. Barcelona Homes broke ground in May 2024 with completion scheduled for August 2025.
