Big progress at Oak Terrace — a six-home community in Santa Barbara!
Rough-in electrical work is underway at Lot 1. Lots 2 and 3 are fully tiled, with cabinet installation coming next. Lot 4 has passed insulation inspection, with drywall to follow. Paint and siding installation are underway on Lot 5, while Lot 6 is in the midst of tile and stone veneer work.
