We’re pleased to announce that demolition is underway at 175 Crandall Way in San Luis Obispo, marking the beginning of a new residential development near the Cal Poly SLO campus.
The project will include site improvements and construction of four buildings that will provide 43 residential units, including five very-low-income units. The development will include a four-story apartment building and three three-story townhome buildings, bringing much-needed higher-density housing to the Central Coast.
