Solid progress continues across all six homes at Oak Terrace in Santa Barbara.
Lot 1 is advancing through drywall mudding and taping, alongside site preparation for upcoming paver installation. Lots 2 and 3 are moving through finish electrical, with driveway and hardscape installation underway at both homes.
At Lot 4, exterior stone veneer installation is in progress, while interior tile and finish carpentry are nearing completion. Lot 5 is being prepared for interior flooring, with exterior grading underway ahead of flatwork and hardscape. At Lot 6, exterior finishes are nearing completion with paint and final stucco, while wood flooring installation progresses inside.
