Every commercial apartment we’re building is a corner unit. Inside you’ll find spacious walk-in closets, efficient kitchens, and built-in air conditioning to tackle summer sunshine. Our Abbott | Reed Builders team is currently constructing four unique floor plans to meet a variety of needs. Each one is named in honor of a popular local wine grape.

Plan A—Syrah

• 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
• Spacious living room
• Walk-in closet in master bedroom

Plan B—Merlot 

• 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
• Complete with a large kitchen area and serving counter

Plan C—Chardonnay

• 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom

Plan D—Zinfandel

• 2 bedroom version of Merlot
• All units feature a second bedroom and large closet

It’s good to know that Alder Creek’s swimming pool, activity area, and park like setting are all awesome amenities for families. It’s rare to find pet friendly places to rent these days. This Central Coast complex is a convenient exception – they welcome cats and dogs up to 45 pounds.

Groundbreaking has begun and Abbott | Reed Builders are well into the swing of construction at Cava Robles RV Resort. Located at the center of beautiful wine country on Golden Hills Road in Paso Robles, this luxurious Central Coast destination will feature a rustic-contemporary style of architecture that evokes California’s ranch history with an updated modern aesthetic.

The 80-acre hospitality project will be home to 300 spacious motor coach sites and an inviting banquet facility for family gatherings and special events. Abbott | Reed’s Central Coast commercial builders are working with the architects at Ten Over Studio to make this construction project a reality. Their thoughtful design takes advantage of every scenic view while protecting oak trees.
